Attorney & Mediator Talia Sırma ÖZKUL began her academic education in Business Administration at Bursa Uludağ University and later graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law at İzmir Yaşar University. Following the completion of her legal internship under the İzmir Bar Association, she has built her professional career through active practice in various fields of law.
As a founding partner of our law office based in Bayraklı, İzmir, she provides strategic legal consultancy and representation services to both individual and corporate clients, primarily focusing on civil law, family law, and the law of obligations. Her practice is defined by a solution-oriented perspective and a strong commitment to delivering effective legal solutions.
Since 2022, she has been serving as an officially certified mediator registered under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Türkiye. She specializes particularly in commercial law, labor law, and insurance law disputes, assisting parties in reaching efficient and sustainable resolutions.
